
I am a highly experienced and dedicated professional with over 20 years of expertise in health and social care. Educated to master’s level with an MBA in Business Administration and a degree in Mental Health Studies, I bring both strong academic knowledge and extensive practical experience to my work. I am an Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP), a Best Interests Assessor (BIA), and trained in autism diagnostics.
Throughout my career, I have held operational management roles and led on service review and improvement projects, driving positive change and enhancing service quality. I also worked as a consultant for ambulance services in developing systems to support their response to mental health, advising on effective crisis response and care strategies. Alongside this, I run my own successful property business, demonstrating strong leadership, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial skills.
I am a sociable person who enjoys meeting new people and building positive relationships. In my spare time, I enjoy eating out, reading, watching documentaries, walking, and keeping active.
