Provides full qualification in both core components of autism assessment: the Autism Diagnostic Interview–Revised (ADI-R) and the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition (ADOS-2).
The first two days focus on the ADI-R, using WPS-accredited materials to guide participants in effectively applying this structured interview to gather comprehensive diagnostic information aligned with DSM-5 and ICD-10/ICD-11 standards.
The following three days cover ADOS-2 Modules 1–4, equipping attendees with the practical skills to conduct observational assessments that form a key part of autism diagnosis.
Each day runs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (UK time), with scheduled breaks and opportunities for questions and discussion.
Delivered in a supportive, interactive format by Sarah , the course is rooted in neuroaffirmative principles and welcomes neurodivergent professionals, with flexible delivery options to accommodate individual needs.
Virtual Combined ADI-R and ADOS-2 Training Programme

1. Course Overview
This five-day virtual training programme, led by experienced trainer Sarah Phelan, provides comprehensive instruction in the Autism Diagnostic Interview–Revised (ADI-R) and the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition (ADOS-2).
Day 1–2: Focus on the ADI-R using WPS-accredited materials aligned with DSM-5 and ICD-10/ICD-11.
Day 3–5: Focus on ADOS-2 Modules 1–4, providing practical assessment skills.
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (UK time), with breaks included.
Format: Online, interactive, and neuroaffirmative, welcoming neurodivergent professionals.

2. Course Partnership
This programme is delivered in partnership with Autism Services Group.
3. Enrolment and Payment
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Course places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
All course fees must be paid in full prior to the start date.
4. Refund and Transfer Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a refund (minus a 10% administration fee).
Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable.
Delegates may request to transfer to another course, subject to availability and prior approval.
5. Intellectual Property and Course Materials
All training content, including slides, handouts, exercises, and video materials, are the intellectual property of the organisers and licensors.
Recording of sessions by delegates is strictly prohibited.
Materials are provided for personal professional development only and must not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.
6. Professional Scope and Disclaimer
Completion of this course does not guarantee employment, clinical work, or further training opportunities with Autism Services Group, Neurodiversity Training International, or Endee Diagnostic Centre.
Delegates may be required to seek further training and development independently, through other clinics or within the private sector. Different clinics may require different registrations/professional qualifications to carry out their assessments, including registration with HCPC.
This course forms part of the knowledge required to contribute to autism assessments as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
You are not qualified to carry out diagnostic assessments independently upon completion of this programme.
With appropriate post-training supervision, delegates may join a multidisciplinary team under structured supervision and development.
7. Code of Conduct
Delegates are expected to maintain professionalism and respect throughout the programme.
Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.
