Thank you for taking this important step. We understand that this is a significant and personal journey, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
We believe in providing a compassionate and neuroaffirmative experience from start to finish. Our process is designed to be as clear and supportive as possible.

It offers a framework for understanding past experiences, feelings of being "different," and behaviors that may have seemed unexplainable. This knowledge can be incredibly validating and bring a sense of relief.

A diagnosis gives you a clearer understanding of your unique strengths, as well as the challenges you face. This allows you to develop tailored strategies for managing overwhelm, reducing burnout, and thriving in your daily life.

An official diagnostic report is often the key to accessing accommodations and support in educational, professional, and therapeutic settings. It opens doors to resources that are specifically designed to meet your needs.

With a deeper understanding of yourself, you can communicate your needs more effectively to family, friends, and partners, strengthening your relationships and helping others support you in the best way possible.
Our assessments are conducted by experienced clinicians using internationally recognized, gold-standard tools for both autism and ADHD diagnoses, including the ADOS and ADI-R. We understand that neurodivergent presentations can be subtle, and we are skilled in assessing for internally-focused traits and specific autism profiles like PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance).
Child Assessments: For children between 7 and 17 years old, each assessment includes a face-to-face observation session to gain a deeper understanding of your child's unique needs.
Adult Assessments: All adult assessments are conducted online for your convenience.
Clear, Collaborative Reports: The final diagnostic report is jargon-free and is co-produced with your input to accurately reflect your or your child’s unique profile.
The next step is to book your first appointment. You have been redirected to our calendar page to schedule a video call with our Lead Clinician.
Initial Appointment: This first video call will be via Microsoft Teams and is a chance for us to get to know you. We'll discuss your specific circumstances and answer any questions you may have about the process.
Accommodations: Please do not hesitate to let us know if you require any additional accommodations prior to your initial appointment. We are committed to making this process accessible and comfortable for you.

Following your initial consultation, we will send you an email with full information and instructions on completing our initial screening questionnaires.
Why Questionnaires? These questionnaires are a crucial part of your assessment. They help us gather comprehensive, detailed information about your life experiences, strengths, and challenges, providing a holistic view of your neurodivergent profile.
