Sarah Phelan

Founder of Autism Services Group

I have a wealth of experience in the fields of mental health and neurodevelopment. I worked for the NHS for 10 years in busy mental health teams working with individuals with severe and enduring mental health conditions. In 2021 I left the NHS and since then have worked as a neurodevelopmental specialist consultant for several organisations in Oxford.

I was born in Dublin and am a Rathdown and The Teresian School alumi. I have lived more than half of my life in Oxford but I love Dublin. I am the mother to a beautiful and unique neurodivergent child and grew up in a neurodivergent home. These experiences led me to seek work supporting those with significant mental health needs with a later focus on neurodevelopment. I have a passion and desire to support those who are struggling with how they see themselves and how the world sees them.

I have the privilege to work alongside some incredible clinicians and peers who share my vision and ethos. We look forward to talking to you and creating something that works together.
