Every assessment is conducted by experienced clinicians, many of whom bring valuable lived experience alongside their professional expertise, creating a more empathetic and informed approach.

We don't see diagnosis as the end point - ongoing support is a core part of what we offer through our Next Steps program, ensuring you have guidance, resources, and continuity of care after your assessment.

All of our processes follow NICE gold standard guidelines, giving you confidence that your assessment is thorough, evidence-based, and delivered to the highest clinical standards.

50–60% of autistic people also have ADHD.

That's why we offer a combined assessment - so you can get the full picture

Combined Adult Assessment Pathway

Areas of life a diagnosis can support

Work

Understanding your own ADHD and Autistic profile will help you be able to advocate for any workplace adjustments or support to enable you to thrive at work.

Home

Home: Identify your strengths and things that are tricky. This could include managing household chores, childcare, personal care, looking after pets, and much more. Get bespoke recommendations to support you in developing strategies to help manage your home life.

Relationships

The assessment will enable you to better understand your own profile, advocate for it, and ultimately build stronger relationships with loved ones.

What do I do with this diagnosis?

This will be different for everyone, but following the diagnosis, an individual might:

  • Access strengths-based and specialist support or therapy services.

  • Share the diagnosis with loved ones.

  • Speak to work or educational settings about any required reasonable adjustments.

  • Use it as a gateway to learn more about your own neurodivergent profile.

I had a very positive experience with Autism Services Group from start to finish. I made an enquiry about an ADHD assessment and received a call back to answer any of my questions, I then booked my assessment and was guided through every step by the very helpful staff. Thank you!

I recently had an autism assessment and giving I was really nervous and anxious about the assessment the team were excellent, they put me at ease and the process seemed less daunting, I would highly recommend this service to anyone thinking about going for a private assessment

We have used Autism Services Group for both an adult and child combined assessment of autism and ADHD. We would heartily recommend them. We have found the team responsive, empathetic, clear, concise and simply easy to interact with. The process is quite intense, but the outcomes and recommendations were incredibly helpful. We also feel the team were very balanced, thorough and evidence-based. This really helps reassure us of the quality and gives us confidence in using the recommendations and diagnosis. Thanks again!

From the very beginning, the communication and support from ASG before the appointment were fantastic — the team made everything clear, organised and easy to understand, which really helped put me at ease.

I felt genuinely listened to throughout, and the assessment was carried out with care, empathy and without judgement. The conversations felt relaxed and supportive whilst still being very thorough and informative.
