Here at Autism Services Group we create an environment where vulnerabilities are not seen as weaknesses, they are seen as strengths and with the right knowledge and support you and your loved one’s well being, will flourish.
I am a specialist autism advisory teacher and have worked with children with special educational needs for over twenty years. I have enjoyed supporting with children in KS1 – KS3 in state and independent schools, advocating for their needs in the classroom and advising families how to navigate the education system to reduce stress and see their young person be happy, thrive and achieve their full potential.
Following a project where I worked for two years specifically supporting children who have been excluded from mainstream school to facilitate their access to an alternative setting, I recently transitioned from the classroom to work in a clinical setting and now enjoy assessing children and adults for Autism and ADHD. I see this as the first positive step to living and thriving with Autism and ADHD and am keen to help families to develop that in whatever form suits them as this is so different for all.
I am available to support families in their homes and conduct school observations where this may be deemed helpful.
