I am particularly passionate about creating systems that reduce stress for families accessing assessments, while enabling professionals to focus on delivering high-quality, ethical care.
My role now with Autism Services Group as an Admin Account Manager within Training and Diagnostics, where I play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of autism and ADHD assessments, training programmes, and client services.
My role sits at the heart of operational coordination managing administrative processes, liaising with professionals, families, and external partners, and ensuring that diagnostic and training pathways run efficiently and compassionately. I have a strong focus on accuracy, organisation, and clear communication, ensuring that both clinicians and clients feel supported throughout every stage of the journey.
