I am a neuro-affirming CBT therapist accredited by the BABCP. I am also a registered social worker and a qualified autism and ADHD assessor. I work with adults and children as individuals, as well as parents looking to support their child. I am passionate about providing a safe, non-judgmental space using warmth and connection to work together to understand your world (or your child’s world). I think it is important to understand the nervous system and what is going on in the body as part of the CBT work we do together. I have 20 years of experience supporting children, young people, and families. I can work with a range of difficulties, including low mood, anxiety, OCD, panic disorder, and PTSD. I can also work with you to understand what is going on for you or your child to best understand your/their behaviour.
Whether we meet online or in person in the Bicester area, together we will focus on helping you to understand your situation, think about what is already working whilst exploring current challenges. The therapeutic relationship is key to making our work together as helpful as possible and it is important that I am the right therapist for you. Please contact me for a free 15-minute (absolutely no obligation) consultation.
