Business Manager, Autism Services Group

With many years of experience running my own business, I’m excited to now be working alongside an incredible team of clinicians. Over the last five years, I’ve served as Deputy SENDCo at a school in Oxfordshire, supporting students aged 3 to 16. In this role, I’ve worked closely with children with Autism and ADHD, focusing on creating tailored strategies to support their learning, behavior, and emotional well-being. I’ve been deeply involved in developing and implementing EHCPs, providing parental and teaching support, and ensuring access to appropriate SEN-based resources. My passion for supporting children and young people to thrive drives my commitment to helping them reach their full potential.

I bring extensive business management experience from both the travel and education sectors, along with a strong knowledge of autism and ADHD. I understand the unique challenges these conditions present and am dedicated to providing practical, evidence-based solutions that create inclusive and supportive environments. As Business Manager at ASG, I ensure we deliver a high-quality, compliant, and needs-led service.

Originally from Oxfordshire, I’m a proud mum to three wonderful children. I cherish spending time with my husband and friends.
