Operations Lead , Autism Services Group

With many years of experience running my own business, I am now honoured to  be working alongside an incredible team of clinicians. Over the last seven years, I’ve served as Deputy SENDCo at a school in Oxfordshire, supporting students aged 3 to 16. In this role, I’ve worked closely with children with Autism and ADHD, developing tailored strategies to support their learning, behaviour, and emotional well-being. I have also supported a number of children in care, recognising the additional layers of instability and trauma that can sit behind their presentation and ensuring they receive consistent, safe and well-held support. I’ve been deeply involved in developing and implementing EHCPs, providing parental and teaching support, and ensuring access to appropriate SEN resources. My passion for supporting children and young people to thrive drives my commitment to helping them reach their full potential.

 I take pride in being someone who supports and steadies others. Whether managing busy caseload logistics, coordinating across disciplines, or offering peer support and supervision, I believe people do their best work when the operational foundations are strong and the culture is collaborative, respectful and psychologically safe.

At ASG, as Operations Lead, I bring together my knowledge of autism and ADHD, my SEND practice insight, and my operational leadership experience to ensure we deliver a high-quality, compliant and needs-led service for families and professionals.
