Linda is the Chief Executive Officer of Aspire, a national organisation dedicated to supporting the autistic community across Ireland. With a strong personal and professional commitment to neurodiversity and inclusion, Linda leads Aspire’s strategic vision to create meaningful opportunities, inclusive services, and empowering workplaces for autistic individuals.

With over ten years of leadership experience in disability services, education, and family support, Linda brings a compassionate, values-driven approach. She has led multi-disciplinary teams, overseen residential and community-based services, and developed innovative programmes that prioritise the voices and needs of autistic people.

A qualified psychotherapist, Linda holds a BA in Applied Social Studies and an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Her approach is informed by a deep understanding of the emotional, social, and systemic challenges that can arise around diagnosis and access to services. She is committed to building an Ireland where autistic individuals are seen, supported, and empowered to thrive at every stage of life.
